How long will it take to receive my order?

We offer two shipping options at checkout. With Standard Worldwide Shipping, your order will be sent tracked express post with our shipping partner An Post. If your order is required sooner, we also offer UPS Worldwide Express at checkout.

PLEASE NOTE: Standard shipping is currently the fastest delivery option available for UK based customers. Your order will be sent by express postal delivery. 

 

Returns & Exchange

We offer exchange or refund on jewellery pieces returned to our workshop within 100 days of purchase. In order to return or exchange, the piece must be sent back to us in the same condition as it was sent. Please note, we are unable to accept returns on custom jewellery pieces.

Our products are handcrafted with love. We take great pride in our jewelry. Each piece is thoroughly checked for quality before we ship it to you. However, we are human. If you spot something we've missed, please get in touch! We will arrange a repair, exchange or refund on return.

 

All of our returns policies are in line with the Consumer Protection Distance Selling regulations 2000 and Under the Sale of Goods Act 1979
