Sterling silver cushion shaped cufflinks with etched Celtic knotwork. This style of Celtic design can be seen in some of the greatest artworks of Ireland such as the Book of Kells and the Ardagh Chalice. These intricate designs have been interpreted in a number of ways, the most popular that the continuous woven pattern represents the cycle of life and as a symbol of eternity or unity.
These cufflinks were handmade by an Irish silversmith and like all our jewelry bears a full Irish hallmark from the Irish Assay Office in Dublin castle.
