How long will it take to receive my order?

We offer two shipping options at checkout. With Standard Worldwide Shipping, your order will be sent tracked express post with our shipping partner An Post. If your order is required sooner, we also offer UPS Worldwide Express at checkout.

Please note: While we cover shipping charges, we would be unable to cover customs and import duties on orders sent outside of the EU. Customer is liable for customs, duties and taxes due on import. This now includes UK (excl. NI) and USA. Please check with your local customs office for more information.

Will I have to pay international taxes and duties?

Orders within the EU (Incl. Northern Ireland)

No additional duties or taxes apply to orders shipped to addresses within the European Union.

Orders outside the EU

Orders shipped to destinations outside the EU may be subject to local customs duties, taxes, or import fees upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient, are determined by local customs authorities. Please note, Claddagh Design has no control over these charges.

 

Returns & Exchange

We offer exchange or refund on jewellery pieces returned to our workshop within 100 days of purchase. In order to return or exchange, the piece must be returned in the same condition as it was sent. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns on custom jewellery pieces. 

If you'd like to return an item, please Contact Us prior to sending. We will guide you through the process. While we cover both domestic and international postal delivery on all orders, we are unable to cover return postage costs for refund/exchange. Return postage must be covered by the sender. 

Our products are handcrafted with love. We take great pride in the jewellery we create. Each piece is thoroughly checked for quality before we ship it to you. However, we are human. If you spot something we've missed, please get in touch!

We will arrange a repair, exchange or refund on return.
